No later than two days before your stay, we will ask you for a deposit, the amount of which varies according to the size of the accommodation.
This deposit is intended to cover any damage or deterioration that may occur during your stay. The amount of the deposit depends on several criteria, such as the type of accommodation (studio, apartment, house) and its capacity. For example, a studio apartment may require a lower deposit than a spacious house that can accommodate several people.
We would also like to inform you that this deposit will be returned to you in full at the end of your stay, provided that the accommodation is returned in its original condition.
We therefore advise you to check the inventory of fixtures on arrival and report any anomalies to avoid misunderstandings when the deposit is returned.
Exceptions :
- Some partner platforms may offer guarantees to their users. We recommend that you consult the specific information on the booking platform you are using.
- For mobility leases, no security deposit will be required.
