Do I have to pay a security deposit when booking?

A security deposit is required no later than 3 days before your arrival. The amount varies depending on the type and size of the rental (studio, apartment, family house).

The deposit must be paid by credit card only.

It is refunded within 72 hours after your departure, unless damages are reported. In such cases, part or all of the deposit may be withheld, for a maximum period of 30 days.

Upon arrival, we recommend checking the condition of the rental and reporting any issues to avoid misunderstandings at the time of refund.

Exceptions

• Partner platforms: some apply their own guarantee system. Please check their specific conditions.

• Mobility lease: no security deposit is required.
