How can I report a problem with my accommodation on arrival or during my stay?

If you notice a problem in the accommodation (breakdown, faulty equipment, accidental damage, etc.), please let us know as soon as possible. If possible, please include a photo to help us address the issue.

In case of an emergency or if you need immediate assistance: contact our Customer Service Department or the local manager by phone. 

For follow-up or non-urgent issues: please use email to maintain a written record.

Depending on the situation, we can either assist you remotely or send someone on-site to resolve the issue quickly.
