How can I modify or cancel my reservation?
The possibility to modify or cancel your reservation depends on the cancellation and modification policy you accepted at the time of booking.
If you booked on Cocoonr.fr
Please contact our Guest Relations team in writing (by email) for any request. Only written confirmation can validate a cancellation or modification.
By phone, our team can help you understand the applicable conditions and check if any fees apply, but the request must always be confirmed by email.
If a cancellation or modification entitles you to a refund, it will be processed automatically to the credit card used at the time of booking. Depending on banking delays, it may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
If you booked via a partner platform (Airbnb, Booking, Abritel, etc.)
The modification or cancellation must be made directly on the platform. Each partner applies its own policy for cancellations and modifications.
