How do I change or cancel my booking?

If you have booked with Cocoonr.fr, please contact our Customer Relations Department. Our team is on hand to answer any questions you may have about your booking and to help you with any other queries you may have.

If you have booked on a partner platform (Airbnb, Booking.com, HomeAway...), we invite you to request the cancellation or modification of your reservation directly via this platform.
