# How long does it take to process and confirm my reservation?

Your booking is reviewed within a maximum of 24 hours by our Guest Relations team. In most cases, it is confirmed within just a few hours.

This validation step ensures that all the information provided is accurate and that the property is indeed available for your selected dates.

Once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing the details of your stay as well as the next steps.

For any questions before or after validation, our customer service team remains at your disposal to assist you promptly.
