Why do I have to pay through a payment link?
To ensure secure transactions and prevent bank fraud, we use a secure Cocoonr.fr payment link, generated via our partner Stripe (the world’s leading online payment provider). This link is sent to you by email and always begins with Cocoonr.fr.
You will receive a payment link on the date specified in your payment and cancellation terms.
You have 24 hours to complete the payment.
If payment is not made within this timeframe, we will automatically charge your credit card (if the stay begins in more than 7 days and the payment request is made between 7 and 30 days before arrival).
Special cases

Last-minute arrival (less than 7 days): your bank details may be provided, but we will not automatically charge your card. Payment must be made exclusively via the payment link.
Bookings via partner platforms
If you book through Booking, Abritel, or another platform:

The platform only makes a pre-authorization to validate the booking,

It does not charge your card or manage the payment,

The payment must be completed through the secure Cocoonr.fr link.
