Independent arrival

In the case of a self-contained arrival, we are pleased to offer you a key box system, designed to make your experience as seamless as possible. A unique access code will be generated automatically from the moment you enter your home. These codes, together with clear instructions on how to open the key box, will be sent to you in your traveler's area, which we will have previously communicated to you.

We strongly encourage you to respect the arrival times indicated, as our accommodation manager and local agencies will only be available to assist you during these times. Outside these times, we regret that we are unable to offer you telephone assistance if required.
