What do I do if I arrive late?

Arrivals are possible at the times indicated at the time of booking. These times are also shown on the accommodation's advert. Outside these times, an independent arrival may be possible, depending on the accommodation. If this is not possible, we can arrange a late arrival, subject to availability, and at an additional cost.

If you would like to take advantage of this service, please inform us in advance and contact us by e-mail. We'll check with our local agency to see if a service provider is available to welcome you, and we'll let you know the additional cost.

If no arrangements can be made, we'll let you know as soon as possible.
