# What do I do if I arrive late?

**Arrivals are possible at the times indicated at the time of booking**. These times are also shown on the accommodation's advert. Outside these times, an independent arrival may be possible, depending on the accommodation. If this is not possible, we can arrange a late arrival, subject to availability, and at an additional cost.

If you would like to take advantage of this service, **please inform us in advance and contact us by e-mail.** We'll check with our local agency to see if a service provider is available to welcome you, and we'll let you know the additional cost.

If no arrangements can be made, we'll let you know as soon as possible.
