Deposits are collected 3 days before arrival and released 72 hours after departure. This means that the amount of your security deposit will be temporarily deducted from your account to cover any damage that may occur during your stay.
Depending on the bank, the credit may be visible on your bank account for up to a week after the deposit has been released. It's important to bear in mind that this refund will appear as a credit on your credit card account, not as a traditional bank transfer.
In addition, if any damage is discovered after your departure, additional investigation time will be applied. We are committed to dealing with these situations promptly and transparently. The maximum retention period for security deposits is 30 days.
Exceptions:
- Some partner platforms may offer guarantees to their users. We recommend that you consult the specific information on the booking platform you are using.
- For mobility leases, no security deposit is required.
