When is the security deposit charged and when is it refunded?
The deposit is collected 3 days before your arrival.
It is refunded 72 hours after your departure, unless damages are reported.
How it works

For an amount up to €500: only a credit card pre-authorization is made (no actual charge).

For an amount over €500: the deposit is charged, then released after the stay.
Depending on your bank, the credit may take up to 7 days to appear on your account after the release. Refunds are always made by credit card credit, never by bank transfer.
Special cases

In case of damages: an additional delay may apply while the situation is reviewed. The maximum retention period is 30 days.

Mobility lease: no security deposit is required.
