When will I be charged?

The payment for your reservation depends on the payment and cancellation terms you accepted when booking.

You will receive a payment link by email on the date when free cancellation is no longer possible (usually 7, 14, or 30 days before your arrival, depending on the case).

The exact date is shown in your guest account, where you can find all the information related to your stay.

If you wish to pay earlier, we can send you an advance payment link. To do so, please contact us by email (written confirmation required) or by phone.

Bookings via partner platforms
If you booked through Airbnb, PlumGuide, Marriott, or any other platform, their specific payment terms apply. Please refer directly to their conditions.
