# Where can I find information on arrival? (Accommodation address, local contact)

**As soon as your reservation is confirmed, we will email you with a link to your traveler's space.**

There you'll find everything you need to prepare for your arrival and make the most of your stay.

We want your arrival to be a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

For those who opt for an independent arrival, the access codes will be sent to you no later than the morning of your arrival.If any information is missing, we advise you to contact us directly.
