How long does it take to receive a refund after a cancellation?
Cancellation requests must be sent by email. They are processed within 48 hours by our team.
If a refund is due according to your booking conditions, it will be issued as soon as the cancellation is validated. The amount will be credited to the credit card used for your reservation.
Due to banking delays, the refund may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
