What documents are required to draw up a civil lease?

To set up a mobility lease, here is the list of documents required:

•  Copy of the occupant's identity card/passport (and presentation of the original upon move-in)
• Proof of main residence (electricity or gas bill, property tax notice, etc.)
• Proof of home insurance covering rental risks
• Work contract or employment certificate from employer
• Last 3 pay slips or last 2 balance sheets (self-employed)
• Document proving one of the following statuses: vocational training, higher education, apprenticeship contract, internship, civic service, professional transfer, temporary assignment (temporary or seasonal workers).
