What is a mobility lease? How does it differ from a civil lease?

The Mobility Lease is a short-term rental solution tailored to the needs of people who are on the move for work or study. It's a rental contract signed between our company, commissioned by the owner of a furnished property, and a temporary tenant.
The mobility lease is concluded for a period of 1 to 10 months. It cannot be renewed or extended.

There is no strict limit to the duration of a civil lease. Its duration can be defined according to the needs of the parties, but it mainly applies to long-term stays (over 90 nights).
The civil lease may be renewed or extended, as agreed between the lessee and lessor. The civil lease does not require any special circumstances.
