Mobility Lease

• Rental agreement lasting from 1 to 10 months.

• Can be extended once only, without exceeding a total of 10 months.

• Reserved for people in temporary mobility (work assignment, studies, internship, training, etc.).

• Applies only to furnished rentals.

• Non-renewable and non-extendable.

Civil Lease

• Used for long-term stays (90 nights or more).

• Duration freely agreed upon between the parties.

• Can be renewed or extended.

• Does not require proof of a specific situation.
