Will I have to sign a rental agreement?

It is not necessary to sign a separate contract. Accepting the General Terms and Conditions of Rental  (GTC) when booking online serves as the official agreement between you and Cocoonr.

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a welcome email summarizing all the details of your stay (dates, payments, amenities, etc.). You can also find this information in your guest account, which serves as a reference for all communication and follow-up.
