Can I extend my stay once I'm in the accommodation?

Of course! However, this is subject to availability. For precise information on accommodation availability, please contact our Traveler Relations Department. Our agents are trained to assist you and provide you with the best possible options according to your needs.

If the accommodation you require is not available, subject to availability, we will be happy to offer you similar accommodation that may meet your requirements. 

Please note that we require 24 hours to process your request. This time frame enables us to ensure optimal management of rate adjustments, payments and the reorganization of our partners' schedules. We would also like to inform you that it will not be possible to modify your stay if the extension request is made on the day of your departure.
