Their FAQ lists frequently asked questions by theme, and lets you easily search for information by keyword. Simply go to the “Customer Service - Help Center” tab at the bottom of the home page, then click on FAQ. You'll find a drop-down list of frequently asked questions.

Don't forget that you'll be asked for your customer number so that we can offer you the most accurate assistance possible.
Finally, if you have a personal account, you can also contact customer service directly from your account. Using your reservation number or email address, you can send messages via the Inbox tab.
