Our teams check all the accommodation after your departure.
If something has been forgotten, we can return the item to you within two weeks of your stay. You will be responsible for the cost of postage.
We will keep your forgotten belongings for a year and a day, then donate them to a local charity.
However, we cannot be held responsible if a forgotten item is not found when checked by our team.
