I forgot some things in the apartment
If you’ve left something behind, you can contact us by email or phone. We’ll forward your request to our local office or manager, who will then arrange for the return of your belongings directly with you.
You are responsible for shipping costs.
Our teams inspect the accommodation after each guest’s departure. Found items are kept for one year and one day, after which they are donated to a local charity.
We do our best to help you, but we cannot be held responsible if an item is not found during the inspection.
